Amalfi aus einer ganz anderen Perspektive

Sehr guter Kontakt und Kommunikation mit Eigentümer, gute Tipps für den Aufenthalt, auch wenn wir uns gar nicht persönlich begegnet sind, hatte man den Eindruck im Hintergrund kümmert sich jemand. Küche sehr modern (tolle Bücher über Architektur/Interiors, auch gute Literatur halt auf Italienisch), Zimmer eher rustikal aber man hat alles was man benötigt. Wir haben viele tolle Ausflüge gemacht: Pompei, Neapel, Amalfikueste eher sehr touristisch es sei denn man fährt (am besten mit dem Boot) in die andere Richtung,. Man sollte wissen, dass die Wohnung in einem kleinen Dorf im Hinterland liegt (in der Früh kräht der Hahn 😀), die Straßen sind kurvig, man braucht etwas Zeit, dafür Dorfbewohner und keine Touristen als Nachbarn 😊

Will recommend to family ,but you definitely need a car and plan to travel to reach the towns

Clean, all necessary staff was provided. Great views from top balcony. Air con worked fine in all rooms .

− To be very picky Even with the car it’s very long way from salerno or Sorento. Parking is difficult to find and its bit of walk with groceries .

Overall, we had a fantastic stay. Our host, Simone, was incredibly helpful and always quick to respond to any questions

We stayed here for 6 nights and had an amazing experience. The entire ground-floor apartment was ours, offering a truly authentic stay in an Italian neighborhood in Amalfi. Every day, we were greeted by the sweetest dog, Luna, which made it feel even more like home. The location was great just a 20 minute drive to Maiori Beach and ideally situated for exploring the entire Amalfi Coast.

− The only thing to keep in mind is that we had a car, which made it more convenient for getting around and reaching the property. However, be prepared for the narrow and winding roads typical of the Amalfi Coast. Alternatively, buses are available from the Tramonti (Pietre) stop, running approximately every 20 to 40 minutes.

Tucked away im the small village that makes the stay far from the hustle and bustle. The flat has got eveything you need including the gel for the dishwasher and powder for the washing machine 👌 It's also a great location for visiting Napoli, Herkulanum, Vesuvio and Amalfi Coast. The owners provided us with some extra tips for visiting the nearby areas, very usefull information about shops, restaurants and the little Amalfi cities. We have appreciated every single moment. You really feel like home, the communication was impeccable, the location is great (we had a car) and away from the over-touristic bits of the Amalfi Coast. We were there for about 5 days remote working, it all went perfect. I highly recommend one of their recommendations for dinner - Putechella.

− Not a dislike, but when booking the flat, we didn't properly check that we would be on the ground floor. It is still of course great, just doesn't get the direct view of the mountains.
