7.0员工热情礼貌，房间和泡温泉的地方都打扫得十分干净，提供的物品也十分齐全和贴心。房间提供了一整套雪肌精的卸妆、化妆水、乳液。温泉有几个时间段可预约私汤，其余时间就是公共使用。
− 不知道为什么一楼前台和房间走廊的空调不开，导致我们办理入住的时候，先生和孩子热得满头大汗。早餐在我看来是不必加钱去吃，一是最晚供应时间是8：30（对我来说太早了），二是真的不太好吃，那个煎的金目鲷还稍稍带苦。除了这两样，这个酒店还都可以的。
