− They didn’t send me any code for the door, didn’t answer the phone and didn’t respond for messages. Unfortunately we were unable to stay in the property.
Awful font book there better places elsewhere
1.0Nothing as cancelled our booking because they overbooked rooms
− Cancelled the booking with only an hours notice as they overbooked the rooms for greed and as I booked 23rd April the cancelled at the last minute
Though you get skeptical when you see the outside of the building is lovely inside!

− There was no fridge, and the outside of the building didn’t look like an accommodation.
Place to Nowhere.
3.0Staff pleasant.
− No hot water. Difficult to find. No outside signage as to the place or name of. Very run down building appeared out of use and dirty. No locals had heard of the Riverside Rooms....it was just a lucky guess by a local that I found the place.

− The most property was hidden and was not easy to access because it bears different name, the staff were not responsive and the heating system did not work
