− Unfortunately there was an ant problem which there was no spray so we cleaned it up and purchased the spray other than that it was a great place to stay
Perfect for our needs. Would’ve appreciated a top sheet on the bed. Donna too hot.

− Lots of cobweb and long leg spiders. No remote for garage door.

− The emails being sent by the staff made us paranoid as they constantly referred to costs if something went wrong, damage, etc. As a mature couple and family who respect others properties, we only need to be told once.
Superb
9.0The house was comfortable and it was very clean. The place also had lots of stuff to keep the kids entertained e.g., they loved using the bikes. The house is in a great location. Down the road was access to the beach and bike trails. It was also approx. a 35min walk to St. Leonards pier and shops. Overall, a great stay for the family and would stay here again.
− Although this place is listed as pet friendly, dogs need to remain outside in the backyard. Keep this in mind if your pooch is an inside dog.
