Comfortable and great location
10.0Earl cottage is very comfortable and spotless with everything you need for a relaxing break. It's central and just a short walk to local shops, pubs, restaurants and the quay. Joanna was responsive and helpful.
Comfortable and homely in the heart of Woodbridge
10.0A beautiful and comfortable house in a great location in the heart of Woodbridge right near the river. We really appreciated being able to walk straight out the house and be along the river and the meadows. It was a cool weekend, but in warmer weather we would have enjoyed sitting outside in the garden. The beds were very comfortable.
− The staircase to the upstairs bedroom was quite steep. It was no problem for us, but whoever is sleeping in that room needs to be reasonably mobile.

10.0Great, comfortable cottage with excellent location, and fantastic outdoor space, and parking. Would recommend, we stayed as a family of four and was ample space for needs. Very well equipped. Easy distance to all amenities and close location of a skate park for our children a bonus. Would revisit to explore area further.

10.0A lovely place to stay - spacious and well equipped. Free parking was just outside the back gate. Bedrooms and bathroom were up steep stairs but very comfortable. Lovely to sit out in the garden in the sunshine. Hosts were very attentive - sent messages to check we had settled in OK
− Checking in and out instructions were very clear so it was rather embarrassing to mess up resetting the lockbox combination - hosts were very understanding and appreciated being told so they could alert the cleaners in advance - what an idiot I am!

9.0Had a great overnight stay with friends when we came to Woodbridge for a party. Earl cottage is newly and tastefully decorated, and very comfortable. The garden is a real gem - we had a lovely breakfast sitting in the sunshine. Location very near the river is also very good. We would definitely go back.
