柔軟で温かい対応：こちらの都合に合わせて朝ごはんの時間をずらして用意してくださり、毎朝とても助かりました。 最高の立地：ホテルのすぐ近くに公園があり、神秘的な「月の神殿（Temple of the Moon / Templo de la Luna）」へも簡単に観光に行ける素晴らしいロケーションです。 可愛い癒しのペットたち：人懐っこくて可愛い犬と猫が2匹ずついて、旅の疲れが吹き飛ぶくらい本当に癒されました。　 オーナーご夫妻の素晴らしいお人柄：オーナーのGelgaとRomuloは本当に人柄が良く、毎日本当に親切に接してくれました。毎朝・毎晩彼らに顔を合わせるのが旅の大きな楽しみでした！ そして何より一番感動し、感謝しているのは、私がチェックアウト後に大切なパソコンを忘れてしまった時の神対応です。 なんと日曜日だったにもかかわらず、飛行機の貨物オフィスの閉まるギリギリの時間に間に合うよう、急いで車を出して空港まで走り、リマへの最速の空輸手続きをすべて代行してくれたのです。彼らの迅速で利他的な助けがなければ、本当に途方に暮れていました。私にとって彼らに出会えたことは本物の奇跡です。 クスコで最高の思い出を作りたいなら、絶対にここを選ぶべきです。心からおすすめします！！！

Romolo,la sua famiglia,i suoi amici e tutta la strepitosa casa. Non fatevi spaventare dalla lontananza dal centro: Romolo è disponibile a portarvi e a venirvi a prendere, la casa è circondata da colline e reperti archeologici bellissimi e in 20 minuti si arriva a piedi nel quartiere di San Blas.

If you’re a real traveller dont think twice and book your stay here. Its hard to find the right words to describe Helga & Romolo’s home. From the moment we arrived to when we left we were treated with so much warmth, love and kindness. So much care and attention has been put into everything and they went above and beyond to make us (and everyone staying there) feel at home. The hosts used to own restaurants and bars so you’re in good hands! Everything was just perfect, from the delicious abundant breakfast to the daily hot water bottles, from the coffee & tea 24/7 to Morita, Silver & Luna! We kept extending our stay and found it so hard to leave. This isn’t just a place to sleep, but a magical home next to the real Inca & pre Inca ruins where you can go and find yourself again. Romolo’s vibrant and luminous energy will carry you and make you smile & Helga’s wisdom and motherly warmth will protect you and make you find peace! If you want a home away from home, this is your place. We miss it lots and will definitely be back one day! I send you all the love!

El hotel está ubicado en una colina de las afueras del centro histórico de Cusco, a pasos del antiguo templo de la luna, al que se puede llegar caminando y apreciar el entorno natural. El pequeño hotel está manejado por Helga y Romualdo quienes reciben a sus huéspedes como si abrieran las puertas de su hogar. Ya que la propiedad se encuentra algo alejada del centro, es necesario buscar un medio de movilidad pero Romualdo está disponible en cualquier momento para hacer un corto viaje para ordenar comida, farmacia, banco, etc. Estamos muy agradecidos con Romualdo porque durante nuestra estadía necesitamos asistencia médica y Romualdo nos llevó a una clínica y esperó por nosotros para regresarnos al hotel. Nuestra experiencia fue más como estar en la casa de un amigo que un hotel.

− Las habitaciones son amplias y están muy limpias. Mi único comentario negativo es que, a veces, falla el agua caliente en la ducha.
