Excellent, thoroughly relaxing and laid back place.
10.0Lovely, quirky accomodation, very clean and stocked with everything you need. Front garden is enclosed so that the dog can have a little wander. Host, Paul, very friendly and obliging. Great place to stay and explore The Lizard and beyond .
− Property is great, however be wary on approaching roads because some heavy goods vehicles do use the road.
Characterful bijou accommodation in a beautiful part of inland Cornwall.
10.0It was self catering. However it was great to find a small container of milk, tea, coffee, crisps and an orange drink. Very welcoming, Very comfortable bed. Lovely fluffy towels. Partly rustic and partly not. Everything was very well thought out to create a unique and quirky space to stay . Paul was an exemplary host. I hope to be back!

Loveley tranquil base from which to explore
8.0Lovely quiet location. Host greeted us on arrival providing key information about the property and also sugguesting a couple of recommendations for places to eat (The Three Tuns was very welcoming - we visted twice during our short stay).
− Nothing that can be changed (Cornwall roads can definately increase your Blood Pressure at times). Shower cubicle not ideal for anyone over 5ft9. But we were expecting a quaint property with little quirks so it was no shock.

10.0Delightful little Annexe. Tiny but well appointed and stylish. Lovely hosts, comfortable bed, set in beautiful Cornish countryside on the Lizard peninsula. Would definitely stay again.
