10.0Marcoola Sands Retreat was in a perfect location that is was very familiar with. It was like being home with everything we needed. Especially the air fryer. We left many kitchen food items for the cleaner. Loved the lengthy bathroom unit and 2 toilets. Outdoor area fabulous. We loved that unit..I used to walk past it daily last year. Wonderful
− Whilst everything was perfect we found the stairs very nerve wracking being in our mid 60's. I had previously fallen down 2 steps and broken my shoulder. Guess im bit fraidy of stairs!

8.0Great location. Beach, cafe, surf club, bus stop and local shops nearby. Good living spaces both inside and out. Very well equipped property.
− The Green Hill Team was not pleasant or particularly helpful to deal with. If they don't want to rely on third party bookings (ie like this one, through Booking.com) then they shouldn't use them.
