− Se il breve alloggio sarebbe perfetto, per 5 notti comprare alcuni oggetti, supermercati sono un po’ di distanza. Poi.. attenti al cane grande che abita sopra‼️

Very disappointing. Problems with the shower. We had to short cut our stay by one night .

We found the place difficult to find. Upon arriving we called our host who replied “can’t talk now “ write on whataspp. Car park was a good distance away. (In fact we never managed to find it ). Although we did try twice with google maps. Kitchen had very little utilities. No wine glasses, no bottle opener, can opener etc. . Only four of everything, ie spoons,knifes ,forks etc. No bread knife., bread board etc. No details on how anything worked in the apartment. No details of surrounding areas. No bar or restaurant recommendations. Tv was only in Italian, thankfully we didn’t want to watch much. But to have been able to watch the football euros in English would have been nice. Problems with the shower, which mainly only run cold water. We reported it straightaway , it didn’t get sorted and we ended moving out early and booking somewhere else for our last night. This cost us money that we hadn’t factored into our holiday. Our host said he would refund our last night, but once we got home he changed his mind. The host Vincent, didn’t answer our WhatsApp’s after we reported that it hadn’t changed after a visit from a plumber . Could have been a lovely stay, but we felt very let down by by the host of this property.

− 17 steep stairs to apartment. Advertised apartment with balcony. There was no balcony. There was a shared top floor area. Two flights up.

Location was well placed. Good sized location, spotlessly clean. Close to all the sites we visited.

− The owner is new to hosting and has made some brilliant choices in the location and cleanliness and remote management of the apartment and is still working out the kinks. There were some pieces missing from the kitchen, so if you plan on cooking, as we did, allow yourself an extra hour of shopping for some basics that might be missing. I am sure that with time the owner will supply all of these things with time and experience. Overall well worth staying here and the owner was very responsive.
