1.0We ask for early check inn Previously they said yes but when wh reach to property they denied.
Morning breakfast not given to me that already included in hotel rent, no roof top swimming pool.

− You promised for morning breakfast include in Hotel rent, but not given me by you. You are showing a swimming pool on rooftop but no swimming pool there. Common area is not clean properly. There is no facility of wet clothes for dry after bath

− the bed is not clean anymore & flush don't work properly & ac is too bad & we have to gone one hotel to another hotel for swimming pool coz there is no swimming pool in hotel
