You don't even get the basic things that are written in the advertisement. Very arrogant owners who are just interes

With some major adjustments it could be nice. There is a washing machine.

− First of all there was airconditioning only in the kitchen and not in the bedroom. Bedroom and shower are separated by an stairs that is outside, so airconditioning only cools kitchen. The stairs in between goes to a terrace, but isn't accessable since it is locked with iron bars and only made available for the second floor appartements. So you have to cross these stairs in which you break your neck at night because of 2 doors opening crossing these. Also the garbage bins are placed on the bottom of the stairs. The bedroom part looked like a basement with no windows (no airco as well) and very dirty and dusty. If you walk there feet are black after a minute. We complained about the airconditioning, but a solution wasn't offered. When I wrote her (owner) that we put the matrasses in the kitchen for we can't sleep in such heat she said 'understandable because this is the hottest period'. In fact we ended up using just the kitchen for everything while we paid for an complete appartement. The appartment is right next to the road where cars drive crazily down and up the hill. So quiet you won't have. There is no cleaning stuff available (like wet cleaning stuff or a vacuum cleaner) as stated and no person comes to clean for you. I complained about it with no success, we bought cleaning stuff ourselves. We were with 4 people including a baby, however we got only bedsheets for 3 people. There is a washing machine but no space to dry laundry because the terrace is locked and the front door is directly stepping on the car street. Not safe with kids also. Parking is only available on public street and not on site as written. Often you need to park far because it is very busy. A thin door in the kitchen leads to a car garage which we were not allowed to use, however you hear sometimes car sounds there. The owner wrote us before we arrived and seemed nice.
