− Würde ich nicht noch mal buchen
Solides Apartment mit Schwächen bei Sauberkeit, Schlüsselübergabe und Erreichbarkeit des Supports.
6.0Das Apartment war insgesamt in Ordnung. Lage und Ausstattung entsprachen im Großen und Ganzen der Beschreibung.
− Der Couchbezug war stark verschmutzt und wies mehrere Flecken auf. Die Schlüsselübergabe über das System ist umständlich und wenig benutzerfreundlich. Zudem war der Service schlecht erreichbar: Seit zwei Tagen warte ich auf die Rechnung, telefonisch ist niemand erreichbar (nur Bandansage), und auf Nachrichten wird nicht reagiert.
Trotz der wunderschönen Aussicht sind wir einfach verärgert und enttäuscht
4.0Das beste an der Wohnung ist definitiv die atemberaubende Aussicht über Augsburg und die Lage der Wohnung - citynah.
− Es gab einige Mängel in der Wohnung - diese waren echt keine Kleinigkeiten! - und der Gastgeber hat sich zwei Tage nicht darum gekümmert bzw. war kaum bis gar nicht erreichbar und das nur über WhatsApp. Mithilfe von Booking (ganz lieben Dank an die Mitarbeiter von Booking) haben wir unseren Urlaub in dieser Wohnung nach zwei Nächten unterbrochen und sind in eine andere Unterkunft umgezogen. Geplant war eine ganze Woche. Für unseren Urlaub war es natürlich sehr umständlich und überhaupt nicht erholsam, aber nach dem Umzug konnten wir endlich auch zur Ruhe kommen und unseren Urlaub genießen.

− The bathroom and kitchen were very small and tight It was not easy to find the key box when first arrived. The flat can accommodate max 3 persons. We were four persons, and the couch was not too small for 2 persons
