Une expérience très décevante et une gestion du litige particulièrement regrettable.
1.0Le logement était correct dans l’ensemble, propre et plutôt agréable visuellement.
− Aucun accès à Internet durant tout le séjour, TV inutilisable et Netflix impossible à utiliser. Le propriétaire a reconnu la panne par message. Après ma demande de remboursement auprès de Booking, j’ai ensuite été accusé d’avoir cassé un sommier pourtant déjà rafistolé avec des planches depuis plusieurs mois, ce que le propriétaire reconnaît lui-même dans nos échanges. Situation très regrettable et timing particulièrement étrange.

10.0Very pleasant stay. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as expected. Communication with the host was smooth and efficient. Check-in and check-out were both hassle-free. Good location for business travel. Would stay again.
