Amazing location ruined by the basic upkeep of a very very expensive accommodation

The location is excellent and the grounds are beautiful.

− The room #57 was outdated and the furniture was dirty and clearly needed to be replaced. The tub on day 1 wasn’t draining and the doors to the room were off track and falling off. There wasn’t enough towels and getting new ones wasn’t a possibility. Even the front door was scratched and peeling and didn’t look nice. The shutters that led to the porch were also not sliding easily. I would not recommend #57

The place was nice

− The place where I stayed has no services and costs a lot. It's dangerous to sleep there because the shutters close from the inside but can be opened from the outside, and it has four French doors leading to the living room, bathroom, and bedroom. I spent the whole night awake because thieves were trying to get in and opening the shutters. I had to keep closing the doors over and over, yet no one at the reception answered my calls. It was a hellish night, and I'll never stay there again.

Be careful with booking this property.

− When we booked these rooms, we talked to someone who assured us of a location near the main lawn, although setback from the lawn. Instead, we were assigned rooms that were separate from the main complex. My daughter‘s room in particular was cramped and faced chain fence in a parking lot. The unit was poorly maintained with rotting wood doors that didn’t close. It was a joke given the price. Although described as a deluxe suite, we found out that that is the lowest category at the Kiahuna plantation. To resolve this, the staff offered us the opportunity to spend an extra $271 per night for a different room. we didn’t go for that but instead, they found us a different room for my daughter’s family. We were happy that they could resolve this, but when we went to the front dest, they said it would be an additional $40/night. When we agreed to that it changed to $100 a night. We finally got a different room for my daughter for an additional $471, but it was not worth the stress dealing with management and Booking.com. Honestly, this is the second time in 2 months that B.com has promised us something then failed to deliver once we arrive.

Sehr schönes Apartment in einem kleinen Komplex an der Südküste. Es war alles sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Ausstattung im Apartment hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Laundry Maschinen gab es ebenfalls zur Nutzung. Der Appartement Komplex ist direkt am Strand, an welchen man auch Surfbretter mieten kann. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch ca.5min mit dem Auto entfernt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

I would stay here again in a heartbeat. A great place to explore the south shore, and so close to Poipu

The property was great. Location was fantastic, so nice and clean and felt modern. Also had air conditioning. The grounds at the beach were beautiful

Bellissimo soggiorno!

Bellissimo appartamento, spazioso, immerso nel verde, tra i canti degli uccellini e dei galli! A 10 minuti a piedi da Poipu Beach (o 2 in macchina). C'è anche un ingresso privato alla spiaggia, ma è un po' piccola. Volendo, c'è la possibilità di prendere in prestito gratuitamente un telo mare a persona al giorno, ma deve essere riportato entro il pomeriggio, sennò è prevista una penale. Nel nostro appartamento c'erano a disposizione: - lavatrice (senza prodotti) - asciugatrice - lavastoviglie (con pastiglie) - detersivo per piatti, spugna e canovaccio - frigorifero (no freezer) - microonde - fornelli a induzione - sale e spezie lasciati dai precedenti inquilini (ma non olio) - macchina del caffè - asciugapelli piccolo - prodotti per doccia - ferro da stiro - aspirapolvere e scopa - sedie sdraio per la spiaggia e ombrellone - giochi per bambini per la spiaggia Bellissimo il patio, da cui vedere i galli e gli uccellini che girano nel prato. Attraversando la strada di fronte ci sono diversi bar e ristoranti, un general store con cose base e alcuni negozi di souvenir.

− L'unica cosa che avrebbe potuto migliorare ancora di più il soggirno sarebbe stata la possibilità di pulizia in camera (che attualmente è solo a pagamento extra).
