A disaster from start to finish
2.0Very little. good internet.
− Totally misleading description of single track 1.2 mile approach road with banked sides and infrequent passing places. Would not have booked if this was accurately described!!!! Had to manoeuvre and reverse to access/exit property.No welcome letter,or contact from next door owners. no instruction manual for hob or oven, last client comment Nov 2022. Tiny bedroom. Property had NOT been thoroughly cleaned after last season or spring cleaned before our visit.Required preheating as property unoccupied since last occupation. last year?, cobwebs, dirty plate, oven needed professional clean. 3 main plates 2 side plates 1 cracked wineglass. Loose handle frypan. Non stick pans needed replacement. 4 star rating? 1star if lucky. Will be looking for refund for holiday which was a nightmare. So glad to be home. I was property manager for HPB Duloe Manor and set it up from scratch so know what standards to expect. Will be interested to hear reply .
