Casa nella natura a due passi da Orvieto
9.0Casa molto confortevole ristrutturata in modo eccellente, immersa nel verde, con riscaldamento a pavimento, spazi ampi e ben attrezzati. Propietari gentili e disponibili.
− La strada per raggiungere la casa è piuttosto tortuosa anche se ben asfaltata. Ci è mancato un divano assieme alle poltroncine che sono comunque comode.

10.0La casa è situata sulle colline dell’antica strada che collega Orvieto a Todi vicino al borgo di Prodo. È all’interno di una proprietà alberata e ha due appartamenti. Noi abbiamo soggiornato al piano terra, una casa ristrutturata con ottime soluzioni tecnologiche e arredata con estremo gusto, pulitissima, fornita di tutto, “fresca”nonostante le alte temperature di agosto e con una terrazza con vista sul castello di Prodo. I proprietari sono molto gentili e disponibili.
− Nulla di negativo sulla struttura. Consiglio di fare provviste perché il supermercato più vicino è a 10 km. I ristoranti,ad eccezione di due, distanti pochi km dalla casa, sono a Orvieto e a Todi.
