4.0− La casa tiene mucho olor a humedad, las sabanas, toallas y en general los blancos, parece que no las habían lavado, aunque hubo mal tiempo, hizo frío por la noche (hay calentador). La alberca estaba sucia con lama y fría. En general le falta limpieza y mantenimiento a la casa.

7.0The bathrooms are excellent. Probably the best showers in Mexico, but the rest of the property is not living up to its potential.
− The kitchen has an induction hot plate but there are no induction pans to use on it. The toilet bins had no bags. The couch was dirty, the interior of the house smelt of strong chemicals. The pool is neglected and unusable due to algae growth. The snooker table needs chocks because it leans to one side and the cues need tips. The nightly security lights outside are INSANE and shine directly into the front bedrooms making it like daylight. There is no way to turn these stupid lights off. It is the absolute worst part of this property.

9.0Limpia, buenos espacios, cocina completa, garrafón de agua lleno incluido, sencillas instrucciones para el self-check in y check out. Juegos de cama limpios y cobertores adicionales para el frío.
− BAÑOS: Una de las regaderas no tiene puerta ni cortina lo que complica bañarse sin regar agua. Por el precio esperaba más productos de baño y de mejor calidad, no un mini jabón "Rosa Venus" y nada de shampoo/acondicionador/crema corporal. PATIO: Dejaron un par de telas colgadas en el tendedero

7.0I liked the bathrooms and the play thing for kids. It has enough beds for a family and a card game and jenga. I liked that there was a heater in the bedroom. The staff were nice.
− The stove was hard to use, the pool was cold and a bit dirty and i saw a few cockroaches.
