A wonderful location that could use some TLC.
8.0Location, location, location! Right on the water. Close to Galveston, Newport and downtown. The downstairs is comfortable and well appointed.
− The upstairs is very tired. Bathroom fixtures are starting to fail. Cracked tiles. The carpet definitely needs replacing. No proper curtains or window coverings which meant light coming in all the time. It was very hot in Bend and the AC doesn’t really cool the upstairs. The only thermostat is downstairs which meant it kept turning off. With the windows open there is a lot of noise from the park, traffic and geese. Outdoor space needs better furniture because in the summer, that is the draw.
