− Assenza di tende (sarebbero utili per non fare entrare il sole al mattino) e ventilazione + frigo abbastanza rumorosi.

Proximity to supermarket and main connecting streets, cleanliness, easy access

− The kitchen could stock some basic condiments like salt/pepper/oil, but aside from that we had no issues!

Clean, affordable, perfect size & comfortable after a long day of driving and a concert!

We stayed here for one night while attending a near by concert. It was exactly what we needed, for cheaper than we would have found at any surrounding (decent) hotels - and definitely a better than sleeping on a hotel bed! Would book again!

− We arrived at night time and, even though the property owner explain well in text where to go to find the apartment, it was still a little hard to see/navigate in the dark. Maybe add reflective house numbers on the gate instead of black.

Amazing location, clean and calm place

Enough space in the place for a couple, everything clean, calm neighbourhood but most amazing the location, no joking when say there is a Publix like 2 blocks far and known restaurants like Wendy´s or Panda Xpress sthg like 10 minutes walking. I was for work and wifi was important to me and was always perfect all 6 days was my stay.

− I recommend replacing the kitchen utensils, such as the pots, as they are very worn, and checking the shower because just a few seconds after turning it on, the water temperature changes from cold to very hot.

Very disappointing and minimal amenities.

Location and clean and free parking.

− Very difficult to find the property. Pictures are better than the actual site. No hot water at all - lukewarm. Impossible to get hold of property manager - voicemail only in Spanish - no return calls. Air conditioning was very, very loud and refrigerator ran all night. Next door was having a large argument on the phone - woke us up at 6:00 am.. TV felt like it might be fall off of its holder in the wall.
