Perfect bolthole
10.0This place is a hidden gem. Small but very cosy and has everything you could possibly need. The location and view are gorgeous. We were in the area to visit Ragdale Hall spa but wanted to stay off site. So glad we chose Church House Hut, it was the perfect escape.

9.0Great location, beautiful views, so peaceful. Enjoyed eating all of meals outside and made the most of the fire pit in the cooler evenings. Host available if we needed anything (we didn't). Bed really comfy!

10.0Just the most wonderful shepherd's hut - decorated in a tasteful, elegant way, with lots of thoughtful touches. The bed was unbelievably comfy, and we slept like children. Even though we were away during a storm we were cosy and had total peace even while the wind swept around us. There are tonnes of blankets and cushions for both inside and outside, towels and dressing gowns, and toiletries for the shower - you really don't need to bring anything but yourself. Fat little wood pigeons and pheasants were our wildlife companions. We would 100% stay here again if we were in the area. Perfect romantic getaway hide out. ❤️
