The host Pauline was amazing. She worked hard to correct the problems and she was gracious doing so. She made good conversation and was very understanding. I wish that I could make this entire post about how wonderful she was, rather than my stay. She was extremely accommodating and I am greatly appreciative of services. Such a sweet, sweet soul. I almost didn't want to make this review, but it's my job to be honest!

− The house. The scenery and the layout is beautiful. The pool would be a nice touch if it were cleaned and had some lounge chairs to enjoy. The grounds are neglected and could use some updates. The house is very simple, which is fine, but it needs to be thoroughly cleaned. A lot of the issues are a quick fix if the time and care is put into it. I was highly disappointed with the lack of effort that was put into the presentation. The TV didn't work for a day and a half, which she replaced with a new one. The cushions for the downstairs patio swing were missing, so we couldn't use it. The housekeeper, nor the host did their due diligence before renting (the host actually agreed with me on this statement). The bathroom faucet had stains/product on it that were old and hard. The wall looked like it had blood or gunk on it from someone's back wash. The floor wasn't mopped because it had spilled, hardened products on it as well. The toilets weren't cleaned. The shower head was filthy. Literally. Typing this has me in disgust smh. The bedroom walls had smears and handprints all over them and the toilet in the master bedroom started leaking the morning before we checked out. *sigh* it honestly was a disaster. I almost don't believe the people that reviewed it before me. They HAVE to be lying. And if it was so good for them, why didn't they clean it well for me? I honestly felt offended, that someone would rent the place in such a state. I've never experienced such poor accommodations. I would speak with the host clearly and do a spot check upon entry!

It was an exceptionally beautiful property with lots of greenery and an inviting pool. But what took it over the top for us was the host. The term super host does not seem to do her justice, as she went above and beyond to make us comfortable and welcomed. There were patios for the rooms upstairs that overlooked the lush gardens and off the rooms downstairs a grassed backyard. Located just minutes away from shops, restaurants, and the beach, everything was so conveniently placed we extended our stay an extra day.

Beautiful grounds. Aesthetically pleasing. Great location/proximity to amenities/shopping. Downtown. Harmony Beach. Airport is close-by. Property is gated. Felt very safe.

− The property is located along a very busy road and backs onto an even busier road. The NOISE is very bad. Honking. Engines going. Noise from the Event Center is so loud you can hear couples taking their wedding vows and reception activities. Music sometimes until late night. Loud pounding music. Felt like we were in a nightclub(Yes, we did enjoy some good music sometimes). Property maintenance very early. So yes-lots of noise. Pool needs better attention and a few loungers would be nice. Property not suitable for small weddings due to noise factor. Unit could do with some minor updating. More lighting along walkways to manoeuvre the small steps.
