El salon

− No tiene ascensor y no se advierte pero sobretodo el polvo que tenía la habitación, no se podia dormir alli

Decent sized balcony though it doesn’t actually look like the photos from the ad as it is just concrete, no turf. The place was relatively clean although there were crumbs on the sofa and chair. It’s cheap and a good location

− This property is at the top of 3 very large, steep flights of stairs and there is no elevator which isn’t mentioned in the advert. It isn’t accessible to people who are less mobile. Due to this, I had to do 2 separate trips up and down the stairs to carry mine and my mum’s suitcases up (and down again when we checked out) because she wouldn’t have been able to manage carrying hers all the way up. The stairs also wind around. The key is in a key safe outside the apartment door but the only way to get out of the main building is using the key so you have to actually go down and unlock it and prop the door open and then take the key all the way back up to the key safe when checking out. There were crumbs on the chair and sofa so these clearly hadn’t been cleaned very well. The shower works but isn’t great and is confusing to get to a decent temperature. The balcony doesn’t look like the photos either.

L'emplacement à proximité de tous les centres d'intérêt

− La terrasse est en béton et non en pelouse synthétique comme sur les photos, le volet d'une baie ne s'ouvrait pas, une cafetière mais pas de verseuse donc inutilisable....les ustensiles de cuisine sont plus que manquants : pas de passoire, juste 2 fourchettes dépareillées...., pas de prise à labtete de lit, la communication avec le propriétaire est difficile, met du temps à répondre....ou ne repond pas.....
