9.0Suntem extrem de mulțumiți ca ni s-a oferit posibilitatea de a face check-in personal la ora de 3 noaptea , fiind obosiți de pe drum .. Odaia super mare cu pat extra large . Curat cu pat și saltea confortabilă. Domnișoara de la recepție foarte amabilă și drăguță .
− Probabil e singurul lucru care un pic a fost deranjant … cand am intrat in odaie persista direct de la intrare un miros puternic de mocheta uda care nu a reușit sa se usuce … și chiar era udă !

4.0− Mi experiencia en este hotel ha sido muy decepcionante. Desde el primer momento, la habitación presentaba numerosos problemas de mantenimiento y limpieza que hicieron que la estancia fuera muy desagradable. La puerta de la habitación se abría con mucha dificultad debido a que rozaba con la moqueta, lo que evidenciaba una falta de mantenimiento. Además, parte del marco superior de la puerta estaba desprendido. La distribución del mobiliario tampoco era adecuada: había una silla mal colocada entre la cama y la pared donde estaba el televisor, dificultando el paso. En cuanto a la limpieza, la almohada tenía manchas visibles, algo totalmente inaceptable, y en el baño había una telaraña. Además, el grifo del lavabo no estaba correctamente fijado y se movía al utilizarlo, transmitiendo una sensación de descuido. En conjunto, el estado de la habitación reflejaba una evidente falta de mantenimiento y control de limpieza. Ha sido una estancia muy desagradable y, lamentablemente, no recomendaría este hotel mientras no mejore estos aspectos básicos.
