A great base - close to town and transport links.
10.0The flat is well equipped and the milk, butter and breakfast items were much appreciated. The garden was a lovely space to relax in after the heat of the day. We were able to arrange to drop off our luggage which was really helpful as we arrived by train early. It is a short walk to the train and bus station. There were good links by public transport to all local attractions. Close to shops and eaterys.

A great place to stay in the centre of St Austell
9.0The property was as described and in a central location in St Austell. We did not use our car, instead relied on public transport. We enjoyed being able to sit out in the garden. The kitchen was well equipped and we appreciated the breakfast goodies and the bottle of wine that the hosts provided. Kate and Alan were excellent hosts and communication was good throughout booking and our stay.
− It is a basement flat so natural light is somewhat limited. There are dehumidifier units so there is some background noise (not in bedroom during the night)

10.0Close to town but quiet , awesome hosts Kate and Alan were, welcome pack was unexpected bit very nice , garden was lovely to sit in and sip our wine ,
− Only thing is there isnt a freezer, so no ice cubes on a hot day, but totally understand due to space

9.0The hosts were really lovely and put a lot of effort into making it cosy. They left some pastries, jams etc out. The place is set up well for a short stay.

10.0Nice flat with everything you needed. Host helpful and friendly. Good central location for using public transport to visit Eden project and Lost Gardens of Heligan.
