Ideal lodging for pets and telescopes.
8.0Well placed between Kings Canyon and Sequoia national parks for visiting both in one stay. Pet friendly. David responded quickly to a leaking AC condenser issue.
− Coffee pot leaked when pouring even though it was not even close to full. Nonstick cookware was badly worn; they should be replaced with stainless steel which is more durable and easier to maintain.
It had all the kitchen stuff I would use.

− We didn’t realize how far it was to the National park but that was our fault for not checking.
Everything worked, house was clean, host was responsive.

− However, it is too far from the National Parks and the roads to and from the house are very slow & twisty...
It was okay.

− Could have cleaned the cobwebs off the beams and cleaned the windows. The yard was really messy. Dog barked all night long.
Cozy home
10.0The home has a cozy feel to it. We enjoyed having breakfast and lunch in the porch while enjoying the view. The drive did not feel far from the entrance to Sequoia national park. The host was easy to communicate with and is very accommodating.
