Stor, luftig leilighet med perfekt beliggenhet på en relativt stille plass med koselig restaurant.
8.0Perfekt beliggenhet. Det tok 5 min fra der vanntaxien fra flyplassen stoppet, og til leiligheten, og 5 til 10 min å gå til Rialtobroen og Markusplassen. Koselig, liten restaurant på utsiden.
− Alt var egentlig bra. Det er et gammelt bygg, så gulv og dører er litt skeive, men store rom med høyt under taket og AC i alle rom. Sentral beliggenhet.

8.0Nel complesso è stata una buona esperienza. L’alloggio è ben posizionato, a circa 15 minuti a piedi dalle principali attrazioni, pulito, climatizzato e dotato delle principali comodità, tutte perfettamente funzionanti. Struttura assolutamente consigliata.
− Unica nota negativa, che colgo anche come suggerimento per la struttura: sarebbe opportuno sostituire i materassi dei letti, ormai piuttosto usurati, con le molle molto percepibili e poco confortevoli durante il riposo.
Disappointed
3.0− Difficult to access without water taxi and the four flights of stairs to access the room makes it almost impractical for those with suitcases. We had our accommodation cancelled 40 min after arriving due to an issue they should have known / addressed. The host was very helpful in assisting to sort out new accomodation, however this came at a large cost to us (increased rate, water taxi cost etc),
