7.0Thanks to the guy at the counter. He was so helpful. The previous day the lady at the counter said i have to go the laundry myself. But later this guy said i can just leave to the counter and the hotel will send it to the laundry. From my perspective it was the best that the hotel can offer. A good customer service.

4.0− Two rooms without windows. Pillows are not comfortable. We ordered non smoking rooms but the rooms smelled of smoke.
