This property is stunning, it has lots of seating inside and out for all of our guests, a socially us hot tub under cover with cute lights making it cosy on an evening, the beds were really comfortable, showers nice and powerful and the owners were really nice. There is a dish washer, air fryer, an Alexa and lots of kitchen utensils, pans, etc. We had a slight issue with the hot tub, but when we told the owners, they were on the phone to us right away and this was resolved, despite them being away on holiday they still took the time to call us. We had a great time in your lovely house and would definitely book again! Great hosts! Thank you 🤩

A pleasant property ruined by safety issues, false accusations, and an abusive host after our stay.

− The property itself is attractive, but unfortunately our overall experience was overshadowed by the host's behaviour after our stay. During our stay, a framed picture unexpectedly fell from the bathroom wall and shattered across the floor. We immediately cleaned the broken glass, placed it safely in a bag, and informed the host. Had the frame fallen on a child or an elderly guest, it could have caused a serious injury, and I believe this is something future guests should be aware of. We also used the jacuzzi, but the water temperature was around 40°C, making it uncomfortable for us to remain in it for long. After we checked out, the host accused us of causing the jacuzzi to stop working. We categorically denied this, as neither we nor anyone in our group tampered with the controls or intentionally damaged the equipment. Despite our explanation, the host repeatedly called me a liar, said I should be ashamed, described me as "not a nice person" and "not an honest person", and continued making personal accusations through the Booking.com messaging system. What disappointed me most was not the allegation itself, but the manner in which it was handled. Rather than discussing the matter professionally or respectfully, the communication became personal and accusatory. I also later came across a previous public review from another guest describing a similar experience of being blamed for damage they believed they had not caused. While every guest's experience is different, reading that review after my own experience was concerning. I would strongly advise future guests to: * Take detailed photos and videos of every room and item immediately on arrival. * Report even the smallest issue straight away through the booking platform. * Keep all communication in writing. The property has potential, but based on my experience, I cannot recommend staying here because of the way genuine concerns and post-stay issues were handled.
