Major disappointment l

− ''My experience at Rain Raga Resort was very disappointing. The rooms were old and not maintained well. Even after check-in, the room was cleaned only after our arrival, and the keys were initially missing. Water was leaking inside through the balcony door of the bedroom, which made the stay uncomfortable. The toilet and bathroom were not cleaned properly, and the flush was damaged – it even came out while using. Basic amenities were missing, like tea/coffee bags in the room on arrival, which is expected in a resort. Overall, the property did not meet expectations and needs major improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, and hospitality.”
Disappointment. Not recommend specially if you are planning with family.
3.0The location was beautiful but the so called balcony was covered with a plastic sheet,so you would not be able to enjoy the view. Was quit disappointed to see that.
− Bedsheet was dirty. The night staff was very non corprative, they even said we cancelled your booking because we came after 2pm even though we clearly mentioned in our booking details that we will checkin in the evening. Then they tried overcharging for other room. Quite disappointed
