It was just okay, bed was really hard to sleep on and the cushions were not great. I think it was really lovely apartmen
6.0good location to the London circuit track where my partner had driving experience, modern apartment. Communication was good and instructions were given clear
− Shame the apartment is a little run down, maybe from previous stays damage has occurred, the door and floor entering bathroom was quite smashed, plug socket and some minor things. Bed was quite hard. It was average stay and get what your paid for.

− The smell of weed coming from the other flats to the the flat you are staying in is very off putting while your watchjng tv, this potentially stops me booking again also the outside where to park and the corridor is very rough looking and gives a rough area feel, if I dint know Hemel we'll I wouldn't stay they're again

9.0property was amazing value for money, great location for where we wanted to go, staff we spoke to were amazing, and polite. would deffo book here again.
− there isn’t much not to like about this property, only things i can say is i didn’t find the bed comfy but that’s a personal preference.
Well situated property and an enjoyable trip.
5.0Well situated in Hemel Hempstead and spacious. Work at the property has been completed to a high standard and good quality materials. The owner/manager of the property lives on site and was very friendly and easily contacted.
− Lots of the items have become tired and used and need replacing. The lift was broken and there was an issue with the bathroom fan and a few issues needed to be reported to the property owner/management which were dealt with promptly.
