3.0Food options were great in terms of quality, taste and value for money. Location was excellent and staffs were friendly and helpful.
− The room and bed linen had an unpleasant odor. Considering the price charged for the room, the facilities provided were below expectations and did not offer good value for money. At a similar price point, I have stayed at other properties that offered significantly better amenities, including rooms with a bathtub and jacuzzi. At this price point, some complimentary refreshments or snacks in the room would have been appreciated. The gym was small and lacked adequate equipment. Additionally, the fruits provided in the gym area were rotten, which was disappointing and reflected poorly on the overall guest experience.
