Très beau cadre, petit dej excellent ! Par contre, la piscine n’ouvre qu’à 11h mais dès 8h30 tous les transats sont déjà

10.0The best experience I had in Albania the village is wonderful a must see and the hotel is really nice beautiful clean . It goes in the top hotels I have visited in my life so far ! Great staff super kind ! Nothing to say but BOOK THIS STAY and do NOT miss out on the views and facilities ( I would advice you to book the traditional restaurant and not the normal one overlooking the pool as the food or the sitting was not great and you can have it at breakfast , which btw was super good )

6.0Das Frühstück und die Lage sind sehr gut. Hotel sieht super toll aus.
− Das Personal ist unfreundlich - besonders das Personal das für die Einfahrt in die Hotelanlage zuständig ist. Einfahrt wurde verwehrt, da vermutlich das Mietauto nicht ins Bild passt. Luxus Autos von Besuchern die nur das Restaurant besuchen, dürfen natürlich direkt vorfahren. Die Hotelanlage wird belagert von sehr vielen Personen die X Fotos machen - Selbstdarstellung 10/10. Diese Besucher der Anlage posieren dann vor deiner Zimmertür und verhalten sich auch sehr egoistisch. Das stört die angenehme Stimmung im Hotel. Luftentfeuchter und Klima sehr laut im Zimmer. Wasserhahn funktioniert nicht richtig und teilweise die Lichter im Zimmer kaputt. Der Pool ist sehr klein, und wurde als Kinderplanschbecken mit entsprechender Lautstärke genutzt. Da das Hotel mit Entspannung & SPA ausgerichtet ist, hätte ich mir schon gewünscht dass Personal im Poolbereich einschreitet und auf Hausregeln etc. verweist. Habe nichts gegen Kinder, jedoch finde ich 5h konstantes Geschreie und jede 5 Minuten nassgespritzt zu werden aufgrund wenig Abstand zum Beckenrand nicht in Ordnung. Bereitgestellter Tee & Räucherstäbchen machen ein Hotel noch lange nicht zu einem Erholungsort.

9.0Toppklass på hotell, rum, utsikt, pool och service! Bra frukost
− Låga betyg för restaurangen. Kaotisk situation när alla skulle som hade tid kl 21 skulle placeras vid sina bord - lätt obegripligt - så många gäster o bord var det inte. Vår bokning var som 21.00. 21.40 fick vi beställa. 21.50 kom vår dryck. Mycket tveksamt för denna prisklass. Maten var ok men inte mer. Förvirrad service med något undantag.
