1.0Il n'y a que l'emplacement (vue sur mer) qui est correct.
− C'était lamentable, et à éviter - nous sommes d'ailleurs partis aussitôt. Une salle de bains sale, poils et cheveux dans la douche, petites toiles d'araignées dans les coins, le WC souillé de taches jaunatres, un mur moisi, ... Le reste à l'avenant. Soi-disant un "appartement supérieur" ! Cuisine très rudimentaire (pas d'eau chaude), une cafetière moisie. Rien pour vous accueillir, pas une petite bouteille d'eau, pas un bout de savon pour se laver les mains, ... juste un balai pour nettoyer les poils de chien partout dans le séjour. Arrivés un dimanche soir et sans autre option, nous y avons passé la nuit (la literie était parfaitement propre, quand-même), et sommes partis le lendemain matin.

7.0Panorama molto bello ( quello che si vede in foto ), parcheggio sempre disponibile, zona molto tranquilla ma vicina al centro di Marciana Marina. Proprietario gentile e disponibile. Terrazza già illuminata dal sole di primo mattino, quindi piacevolissima per la prima colazione.
− Un po faticoso il percorso parcheggio-appartamento....una cinquantina di scalini che possono diventare noiosi per chi non è in piena forma. Discretamrnte illuminato di notte con sensori di movimento. Sarebbe stata utile ( visto il periodo della mia vacanza, non gratificato dal miglior clima ), una stufetta elettrica, dal momento che l'appartamento è dotato di condizionatore, ma non di riscaldamento. Un po scarsina la dotazione di articoli che di solito si trova nei B&B tipo prodotti da bagno e generi alimentari per la colazione.

10.0Die Lage ist sensationell, der Ausblick, die Bucht. Das Haus liegt am Hang. Der Vermieter ist super nett und hat uns viel erzählt. Unten an der Bucht konnten wir Liegen und Sonnenschirme nutzen wie auch das Kanu des Vermieters.
− Die Dusche war sehr eng und der Kühlschrank hätte ein größeres Eisfach haben können.
