Had and amazing stay close to a lot of fun water activities.

Unclean and poor ability to handle issues.
1.0− From the moment you walk in it feels unclean. The shower has a dirty residue look. There were hairs all over the sheets. And the window units were caked in filth. When we discovered these issues. We made the decision to leave within the hour. When we informed management of this issue they told us they were not inclined to refund or do anything about the issue. We should have known this would be the experience being there during a holiday week with only one other family there. Wish we would have thought to take pictures. But we felt so unclean we were in a rush to leave. We went to mavens inn about 30 min away and stayed. And they were wonderful. Clean, comfortable and fun.
Innitially the inside of the room smelled like propane. It faded soon after. But the couches were dirty and needed vacuu
