10.0This place exceeded my expectations. The room was very clean. Best part was that the staff is very friendly and helpful. All of my requests were considered. The owner of this place went out of his way to help us arrange everything we needed. The food was great too. If you are planning a trip to north hampi, must consider this place.

4.0Clean ... fairly new.
− Don't reserve it, its terrible value for money (for example for the price they dont even include a bottle pf water or soap). The staff is exploitative they charged us 2000 rupee for 2 curries and refused to give change for the room charge. A bunch of random 'friends' of the owners sleept in the common space and drank all night. The location is quite far from the Hampi itself (50min drive). Its also a new build and probably illegal. Overall if you can Id skip it for an alterantive!

10.0The room was very comfortable and clean and the location was perfect for was very helpful Owner who kept in touch with us regularly We loved our stay here the breakfast are so delicious and our hosts are so kind and helpful in every way we would definitely recommend staying here
