They treated me absolutely terribly. I booked a room yesterday, and then they called to say I was supposed to book for at least two nights—even though the booking site doesn't mention that at all. They just took my money and left me out on the street; they wouldn't let me stay. It’s completely unacceptable. I’m going to complain to the police and the authorities—these people are scammers. Don't go there; they’ll always rip you off—they’re a bunch of assholes.

I had an excellent stay at Barking Road Comfy House. The property was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. The room had everything I needed, and the facilities were excellent. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transport, shops, and restaurants. The host was kind, welcoming, and always available to help. Check-in and check-out were smooth, making the entire stay stress-free. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting London.

− Nothing at all. Everything was perfect, and I was completely satisfied with my stay.

We gained some valuable advise on how to get about, things to do etc. Clean and comfy cheapness 😊

Friendly staff were awesome, i made a monumental mistake and left some of my belongings including my car key. I made a phone call and the lady on the phone took my address and sent it all by post. Very grateful for that. Thanks again.

− No complaints at all really, was a little bit confusing for us to find as i was looking for number 236 barking road like it says when booking but i think it's number 235. Anyway not even an issue, we got there in the end.
