it was not a pleasant experience at all. They need a thorough revamp before I will consider coming back..
3.0Staff was responsive and fast to act when we complained about the cleanliness of our apartment
− Very dirty! We suspect that no cleaning was done before they allowed the guests to stay. The bed boards/kitchen/toilet countertops were dusty, the wiping cloths were mouldy, the toilet bowls were stained; the floors were dirty, some of the lights and furniture were damaged, we had to complain before they sent staff the next day to do a proper cleaning and replaced the spoilt lightings…The wifi connection was slow and unstable.. The facilities were not maintained, one of the lift broke down on our last day, the sand on the private beach was black, the whole place looked so rundown, so it was not a pleasant experience at all. They need a thorough revamp before I will consider coming back!
