9.0Le calme, la propreté, le confort et le style
− Un peu trop grand pour 2 personnes finalement
Buena ubicación, pero una gestión de la estancia muy mejorable.
4.0La ubicación es muy buena para recorrer Venecia a pie y el apartamento es amplio. La recogida de las llaves a la llegada fue sencilla.
− El principal problema fue la gestión del cuarto huésped (por un error informático que no computó al "niño"). Aunque avisamos desde las 11:00 del día anterior de que seríamos cuatro, al llegar de madrugada el sofá cama no estaba preparado y no había ni sábanas ni toallas para nuestro hijo. No nos las entregaron hasta las 18:45 del día siguiente y, aun así, nos cobraron 140 € adicionales. Justificaron que los dos hombres, al ser hermanos, podían dormir en la misma cama. Estaban advertidos de que ambos medían un 1,92 y corpulentos. Sin embargo, y sin haber preparado el apartamento, se justificaron en que podían haber compartido cama. Eso sí, consideraron que debía pagar por 4 personas, si perjuicio de que el apartamento estuviese preparado solo para 3. Además, la puerta del baño de nuestro dormitorio no cerraba y, pese a comunicarlo, no se solucionó. También nos resultó muy incómodo que accedieran al apartamento con sus propias llaves antes de la hora que habíamos acordado para que vinieran (50 minutos antes de la hora acordada).

7.0Location great string everything is a max & you get lost easily
− The lounge was absolutely beautiful but totally useless as it’s up very weird stairs. Kitchen small but not really needed as you eat out in Paris. The 7 lights if stairs were a killer in the heat we just had.
Perfect location for a stay in Venice
10.0Excellent location very close to everything. The host was incredibly helpful to us throughout our stay and made everything so easy. The apartment was excellent and really well decorated. Bed was very comparable. We will be back.
