Clean, quiet and modern Villa close to the beach.
10.0We stayed in this home for 5 nights in Mid-November 2025. Before we arrived our hostess advised us on the best place to buy groceries on route. Upon arrival our hosts parents were there to meet us and showed us around the home and how to operate the different home systems and appliances. They also left us a nice little gift pack with a bottle of wine and some other goodies. The kitchen has all the necessary accoutrements, which made meal preparation easy and efficient . At night the outside of the home is well lite for security and you can easily turn off the outside lights to enjoy some amazing star gazing ! In late Fall this area of Rhodes is almost completely deserted = you will have the whole beach to yourself, which is about a 5 minute walk and was one of the nicest in the area = very little garbage !. Most of the restaurants in Southern Rhodes were closed for the season but there were still a few open in some nearby small villages. We were visited regularly by many deer and goats, and saw lots of birds and lizards. The hills beside the property are excellent to hike and explore. There are many old stone buildings and millions of ancient pottery shards everywhere !. We LOVED this property, were sorry to have to leave, and would come back in a heartbeat !

10.0The location of the house in a quiet area close to the nature and the space around the house is very well arranged. It is really close to the beach and a wonderful view on a hill nearby. We really enjoyed satying here :)

10.0A great location,very close to the beach - walking distance and not far from Prasonisis in case you’d like to practice windsurfing, however a car is mandatory. Many good restaurants nearby. A lot of space outside the building, very good equipment inside even first-aid kit, air conditioning in each room, sun beds outside and a tenis table. The owner is very friendly and helps you in everything. We highly recommend this accomodation. Special attraction - there are many deers the in nearby forest.
