10.0Nach einer sehr unangenehmen Erfahrung mit einer anderen Buchung, die wir nicht antreten konnten, mussten wir uns um eine neue Unterkunft kümmern und haben uns spontan für das Casa Café in Pozuelo entschieden. Wir konnten unkompliziert und schnell in die Unterkunft gelangen, da es sich um eine Self-Check-in-Einrichtung handelt. Zufälligerweise war bei unserer Ankunft ein sehr freundlicher Mitarbeiter vor Ort. Er hat unsere Stimmung nach der vorangegangenen Erfahrung schnell erfasst, grosses Verständnis gezeigt und uns – was absolut nicht selbstverständlich ist – ein Upgrade in ein grösseres und komfortableres Zimmer angeboten. Vielen herzlichen Dank dafür! Die Unterkunft ist perfekt nahe dem Flughafen gelegen. Zimmer und Bad sind sehr sauber, eine Klimaanlage ist vorhanden und es gibt eine gut ausgestattete Küche für Selbstkocher. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wieder buchen!

7.0The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. The house is secure and equipped with surveillance cameras. The kitchen is fully equipped and shared, but a cleaner comes every day to tidy up and change the linens, so everything is always clean and well organized. You will find complimentary water in your room, and coffee and tea are available in the kitchen 🙂, which you can enjoy on the open terrace.
− The property is located a outside the city center; however, the train station is nearby, allowing you to travel comfortably and quickly to any location in Madrid.
