10.0Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία. Θάλασσα στο μπροστά μπαλκόνι και λίμνη στο πίσω μπαλκόνι. Κατάλληλο για χαλάρωση.

7.0Ωραία μεζονέτα (μόνο ο πάνω οροφος προσβάσιμος).Πολύ καθαρή και άνετη με πλήρη εξοπλισμό.Μεγαλη αυλη που τη χωρίζει ο δρόμος από τη θάλασσα.
− Δυστυχώς δεν μπορέσαμε να δροσιστουμε!Εν μέσω καύσωνα το ψυγείο που βρίσκεται στη βεράντα ήταν εκτός πρίζας κ μέχρι να "πιασει" θερμοκρασία ήρθε η ώρα να φύγουμε! Επίσης λόγω του ότι είναι σοφίτα τα κλιματιστικά (2) δεν μπόρεσαν να δροσισουν όλο το διαμέρισμα!με αποτέλεσμα να πηγαίνουμε τουαλέτα κ να ιδρώνουμε! Ενώ πραγματικά αξίζει το σπίτι μας δυσκόλεψαν πολύ αυτά τα δύο.
