10.0Apartamento bem equipado, amplo, com roof top. Área Social com boa piscina e deck. Cama. mesa e banho excelentes. Boa Limpeza. Possui todos os eletrodomésticos necessários a uma hospedagem. Praticamente pé na areia, tem que atravessar somente uma rua. Enfim, retornaria com certeza. Vale mais que a pena.
− Condomínio não conta com um porteiro permanente. Para quem não está cadastrado eletronicamente, há uma certa dificuldade para entrar. No mais, sem observações.
