It was in a good convenient location, it was clean and welcoming! The host was very attentive and kind, very understanding. Love it here!

− Upstairs neighbors but it’s Springfield, Ma so I was very habitual.

The landlord is a thief. I bought a package at the address and it arrived while I was already gone. Even though I sent a picture of the package, he said it was stolen, so this house is not a good place to rent.

− The house is dirty, it has an old smell, it doesn't clean the outside, only the inside.

The shower was new and nice

− The front porch had a Sumac tree growing up through the floor boards. It was camouflaging 3 piles of dog feces that obviously have been there for some time. The pillows were disgustingly dirty and the bedspread had food or something stuck to it. There were no proper linens provided for the second bed. The side yard was littered with numerous beer cans when we arrived. The neighborhood was questionable and we witnessed many drug transactions.

Location was great for me, nice road and lots of shops and within quick drive to attractions

− It’s a shame because it is a nice little place, not overly quiet as it’s within a resident complex… which is fine however lots of noise from neighbours especially in evening. Unfortunately the apartment wasn’t cleaned prior to my arrival, very slow response from admin team and cleaners not coming till 10:30pm with fresh bed linen and towels. I declined a “full clean” that late at night after a long flight and 4 hour wait on admin response. Unfortunately I was also asked to be up and out of flat by 8am one day for fire safety check which disrupted the stay. A lot of the power outlets in the living area didn’t work- having to move the TV into the bedroom. No volume control on TV and only 1 remote which did not have volume function. Luckily didn’t have to spend much time in the property so despite being basic and the lack of effective communication overall it suited what I needed it for. I would have stayed again had the admin been more responsive and acknowledged the impact and u fortunate problems I had but alas… no response from them sadly

Good price but terrible area and terrible customer service

The area was extreamly dangerous I was woken up at 7:00am to police arresting someone who lives across the street , there were upstairs neighbors making noise partying all night and people smoking outside past midnight right near my car making me paranoid throughout the night

− The utensils wasent clean when I arrived and the doors were locked when I arrived and it was hard to reach to the landlord when I realized I didn’t have the lock key box code
