La casa está ubicada a las afueras de Bologna, en un barrio alejado del bullicio, muy tranquilo y seguro. Hay sitio de sobra para aparcar el coche privado. El anfitrión nos estaba esperando a nuestra llegada, fue encantador y amabilísimo, nos dio todas las facilidades y estuvo pendiente de nosotros en todo momento durante nuestra estancia. La casa estaba limpísima. Es muy bonita, con un precioso jardín privado muy agradable, y está equipada perfectamente, ideal para alojar a 4 personas. Es un punto de partida perfecto para conocer tanto Bologna como los alrededores. Recomiendo mucho la estancia en Giardino di Boccaccio.

The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable! The huge garden was a big plus. It was centrally located so we could easily visit different places. We had a wonderful stay!

Very pleasant surprise

This was a very pleasant surprise. In every way. Location? We were here for three days and needed to go on longer trips every day, always in a different direction. At the same time, we didn't want anything in the center of Bologna due to traffic. And this is ideal - a small town near Bologna, easily accessible from the highway, nearby there is an excellent restaurant where you can eat, a shop ... First impression? Wow!! The apartment has two comfortable rooms, one bathroom with toilet and a second spacious toilet. A large, well-equipped kitchen with a dining area. But the private outdoor terrace with a garden is amazing. The apartment is on the ground floor and you can get to it either through the house or through your own garden. If we had children, they could have a great time here. We preferred to sit with a bottle of wine in the evening. Equipment? It is clear that Mr. Mauro (the owner) really thinks a lot and is inspired. Have you forgotten that there are different sockets in Italy? You have about ten different adapters available. TV, fridge, washing machine, bidet, first aid kit, coffee maker... I simply didn't miss anything that I'm used to from similar accommodations. On the contrary, I was surprised by what was prepared for guests. Cleanliness? No comment - everything is absolutely perfect. The owner - another plus. Mr. Mauro is very pleasant and helpful. We agreed to hand over the keys at 9:30 PM, he was about 15 seconds late :) He showed us around, showed us everything, recommended where to go for dinner - it was obvious that he really tries very hard to make us feel comfortable with him. He even checked in every day of our stay to see if everything was okay and if we needed anything. Truly exceptional willingness and hospitality!

Wonderful accommodation, exceptional service from the owners

We travelled as a family of 4 - with a 5yr old and a 2yr old. The flat was perfect for us - lots of space, really comfortable, really clean, wonderful and safe enclosed outdoor space that the kids loved exploring. The area is safe and quiet with nice restaurants nearby. Mauro was on a trip but kept in contact, very friendly and gave some really great advice about getting into Bologna and a family friendly walking tour through the city to a restaurant that we had booked. Mauro’s daughter Laura met us at the accommodation and was also really friendly and kind. Booked a local restaurant for us on our first night. The service we received from Mauro and Laura was like no other we have ever had - truly above and beyond. I wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation and would choose to stay here again.
