9.0Het comfort, de ruimte, het dakterras, de uitrusting en de communicatie. Hele fijne accommodatie om je vakantie in door te kunnen brengen.
− Schoonmaak van toilet boven was vergeten, verder kastje en koelkast wat minder schoon (verder wel heel schoon) Boiler was relatief snel leeg met 5 man, waardoor we niet achter elkaar konden douchen. Zwembad was kouder dan verwacht 25 graden en eind van de week niet schoon meer

9.0Het is een heel fijn appartement. Fijn locatie, vlakbij is er een supermarkt. Mooie inrichting modern en schoon. Vol ingerichte keuken, alles is aanwezig wat je nodig hebt voor een comfortabel verblijf.
− ik zou een draadloze stofzuiger adviseren. Maakt het makkelijk appartement schoon te houden. Er is wel een stofzuiger maar die is wel aan het vervangen toe.

10.0We stayed here for 4 weeks in July 2025. The complex is well maintained, tidy and peaceful. The apartment is clean, modern and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The roof terrace is spectacular and is equipped with a modern kitchen, table and seating area! We had some memorable nights up there! The pool area offers plenty of space to relax and the pool itself would not look out of place at a 5 star hotel! The kids loved it especially. The apartment is well situated in San Pedro Del Pinatar where there are plenty of local amenities within a short walk. Lo Pagan beachfront is a 20 minute walk where you will find plenty of bars, restaurants and a lively nightlife. Overall, we loved everything about our long stay in this apartment!
− The main parasol on the roof terrace was broken and could not be used during our stay, and although a smaller parasol was provided, this was needed on the smaller balcony next to the lounge which meant that we could not use the roof terrace for much of the daytime.
