Big Scam! Took our money and havent been provided with a key or instructions to get inside.
1.0This is a scam! We havent received the instructions on how to get inside. We were arriving in front of the property and tried to contact the owner for 2 hrs - calling numbers who didnt not answer and talk with the neighbours. No one answer, no one let us inside. They took our money! I wrote emails , messages , I called all the diaplayed numbers but no reply. It is a scam and I demand Booking.com to answer for this and reimburse our money from this scamed account/property.
