Geen eerlijke host, buiten het mooi zicht was alles slecht
3.0Het uitzicht was heel mooi
− Vuile lakens en matras, geen 3 bedden maar 1 klein 2 persoons bed en 1 zetel. Geen 2 kamers (zoals beschreven in Booking.com.) maar 1 klein kamer en zetel in klein living room. Tv werkte niet, na gebeld te hebben, geen antwoord. Vochtigheid in de badkamer. Na verder inzicht in reviews gebeurd dit al jaren, zodus geen eerlijke host. Onmogelijk te slapen in de zetel. s’Morgens gekraakt van het dunne matras en houten planken. Het ergste is dat in de beschrijving zegt dat je 150 stappen doet voor je aan het app aankomt. Eigenlijk is dit een trap met 214 treden, andere mogelijkheid is 10 min stappen + 63 trappen zodus geen 150 stappen zoals beschreven in annonce. Ben een dame met hartproblemen en dit was niet ok. Hoste maakte dat ze wegkwam want had belangrijke zaken te doen. Wens een compensatie. Heel verlof geruïneerd.

− Viel zu schmales Bett. Ausklappsofa in schlechten Zustand
Wer eine tolle Aussicht genießen will und eine Cardioeinheit einlegen kann um diese zu erreichen, empfehlenswert.
7.0Die Aussicht auf dem Lago do Como war umwerfend. Die Unterkunft an sich war okay. Die Küche war super ausgestattet, aber die haben wir nicht verwendet, da wir nur übernachtet haben.
− Leider sind die historischen Treppen, die zur Unterkunft führen mit viel Gepäck ein richtiges Hindernis. Die ausziehbare Couch gehört erneuert. Jedes umdrehen im Bett muss gut durchdacht sein um nicht die ganze Familie aufzuwecken, weil es so quietscht. Ich glaube, dass es auch kaputt ist, da die Matratze in der Mitte sehr durchgelegen ist.

− 100's of steps to get to bus stop and and to get to villa from main road. Limited bus services in and to centre from village. Last bus is 8.30pm from the lake como city centre
