− L'absence de climatisation. L'appartement sent le renfermé surtout dans la chambre. De plus cette dernière est sans aucune fenêtre. Une VMC quasi inexistante. Des insectes partout (cafards et fourmis dans les placards) Propreté de l'appartement à revoir.... A chaque douche, le sol de la salle de bain est inondé (problème de joint apparemment) Un WC qui fuit
