− Not easy to find. No hot water on arrival. Contacted owner to explain how to turn hot water on via the boiler but took a few hours to come on. We had to go out for the evening without showering. Not ideal after a long drive on a hot day. Also the mattress was really uncomfortable.

4.0I was given no code for the lock box
− No cleanup had been carried out since the previous guests departed. No sheets had been changed. We could not stay unless it was cleaned up. We contacted the owner and Booking.com. Eventually a cleaner and the owner arrived. We went off to do some shopping while they rectified the situation. The owner promised to refund me one nights accommodation cost. This has not happened
Ok but it could be better.

− It was cold and the windows were wide open on a cold day. The mattresses were rather old and uncomfortable. It was hard to find a map indicating the property would have made a lot of difference.
