10.0Einfach alles! Angefangen mit dem unkomplizierten Check-In: die Schlüsselübergabe war absolut unkompliziert und reibungslos. Der Kontakt im Vorfeld war sehr freundlich, und alles war perfekt für unsere Ankunft vorbereitet. Die Apartments sind gemütlich, sauber und top gelegen. Ein ganz großes Lob geht an die Gastgeberin: der Service ist erstklassig, die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war super herzlich und die Gastgeberin ist extrem hilfsbereit und geht flexibel auf die Wünsche ihrer Gäste ein. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder!
− Es gab nichts zu beanstanden – alles war perfekt für unseren Aufenthalt!

10.0Sehr schöne, neue Unterkunft mit schönem Saunabereich (Sauna, Infrarotliegen, Ruhebereich. Gute Küchenausstattung - hat alles, was wir brauchten (kein Backofen). Tolle Betten! Schönes großes Bad mit Duschbadewanne (keine Pflegeprodukte, aber Handseife) mit seperatem WC. Sehr nette Kommunikation mit den Vermietern. Top Lage, gute MTB-Abstellmöglicheit in der Garage.

8.0Das Haus hat einen tollen Spa-Bereich. Die Gastgeber sind super freundlich und immer erreichbar.
Slušné ubytování na tichém místě, přesto nedaleko centra. Na skibus je to cca 350m.
8.0Ve vybavení pokoje bylo vše potřebné v dobrém stavu. Nádobí je v dostatečném počtu tak, aby se nemuselo průběžně mýt a mohlo se počkat než se naplní myčka. Postele jsou pohodlné. Příjemná je sauna v suterénu, i když jsme ji nevyužili i proto, že jsme si nevzali župan a na přesun z horního patra do suterénu a zpět se nám nechtělo se svlékat a pak zase oblékat. :)
− V koupelně chyběl (nevíme jestli je to standard) šampon nebo sprchový gel. Bylo tam jen tekuté mýdlo na ruce na umývadle. Už jsme v minulosti udělali podobnou zkušenost, tak si pro jistotu bereme vlastní alespoň cestovní balení. Je to maličkost, ale i maličkosti dělají někdy velké věci. V TV byly snad jen 3-4 televizní programy, jinak jen rádia, takže nic pro televizní maniaky. :)
